Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same essential physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds. The key difference is their origin: natural diamonds form within the earth, while lab-grown diamonds are created in controlled laboratory environments using advanced technology.
Will my diamond come with a certificate?
Where certification is stated on the product page, your diamond will be supplied with the relevant independent grading report, such as an IGI certificate. This provides important information including carat weight, colour, clarity and other diamond characteristics.
How do I choose the right diamond shape?
The best shape comes down to personal style. Round diamonds offer a timeless look and exceptional brilliance, while oval, pear, radiant, emerald and other shapes each create a different character. If you are unsure, our team can help you compare shapes and find the one that feels right for you.
What if I order the wrong ring size?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will advise you on the available options. Whether resizing is possible can depend on the ring design, setting and how much adjustment is required.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. The item must meet the applicable return conditions and be returned within the stated return period. Certain altered, engraved or personalised items may not be eligible for return.
How long will my order take to arrive?

What metals are available?
Depending on the design, Tevon jewellery may be available in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold and platinum. Available metal options are shown on each product page.
Is my jewellery hallmarked?
Where required under UK hallmarking regulations, qualifying precious-metal jewellery is hallmarked to confirm the metal standard. Product-specific hallmarking information can be provided if required.
